Quarterly Activities/Appendix 4C Cash Flow Report
Summary
Quarterly Activities Report: June 2026 Quarter
ION Video Limited (ASX: IOV) has released its Quarterly Activities Report (Appendix 4C) for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, marking the first positive operating cash flow in the Company's history, with net cash inflow from operating activities of $179,847. Cash at quarter end was $771,000, up from $204,000 at 31 March 2026, with average monthly cash burn of $158,522 coming in below management's target of $180,000. During the quarter, the conversion of all remaining Convertible Notes ($2.65 million) into fully paid ordinary shares eliminated all Company debt and a future interest liability of $708,883, with total liabilities reduced to approximately $300,000, a reduction of $2.5 million since June 2025. Cash reserves are sufficient to fund the Company's current operating plan through at least June 2027.
The quarter also saw the filing of two additional patent applications, extending the Virtual Video intellectual property portfolio to five patent families (both applications are yet to be examined and remain subject to grant), continued platform development including migration to Amazon Web Services and expanded AI capabilities, and the establishment of an Advisory Board. Commercial discussions continued across the technology, telecommunications, media, enterprise infrastructure and government sectors, including potential proof of concept engagements with an international entertainment company, two global telecommunications providers and one of the world's largest publicly listed technology companies. These discussions are non-binding, no commercial terms have been agreed, and there can be no assurance they will result in POC engagements or long-term commercial agreements.
