Issue of Placement Shares The Company gives this notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Act). On 5 October 2026 the Company issued 7,627,500 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) at an issue price of $0.40 per Share to professional and sophisticated investors under the placement announced to ASX on 16 September 2026 (Placement). Under the Placement, the Company also issued 3,813,750 unquoted options, each exercisable at $1.00 and expiring 30 September 2027, on the basis of one free-attaching option for every two Shares subscribed for. This notice does not relate to those options. The Shares rank equally in all respects with the Company’s existing fully paid ordinary shares. 2. Notice under Section 708A(5)(e) The Company hereby notifies ASX and ASIC under section 708A(5)(e) of the Act that: a) the Shares were issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Act; b) this notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Act; c) as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with: • the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and • sections 674 and 674A of the Act; d) as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is “excluded information” within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act which is required to be disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) of the Act. 3. Effect of Notice The effect of this notice is that the Shares may be offered for sale within 12 months of their issue without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Act.
